MDC invites young hunters to youth waterfowl hunting clinic in Meadville Oct. 23
MEADVILLE, Mo. -- The Missouri Department of Conservation (MDC) invites youth ages 6-15 years to a free waterfowl hunting clinic in Meadville on Friday, Oct. 23, from 5 – 8 p.m. at Fountain Grove Conservation Area (CA).
Participants will be taught waterfowl identification, how a waterfowl draw works, decoy set up, how to cook waterfowl, and more. MDC staff will provide insight into waterfowl hunting methods that have brought them success, and participants can ask questions about the sport.
