Buchanan County I-229 northbound off ramp left turn lane closed Aug. 12-13

St. Joseph, Mo. – Crews from the Missouri Department of Transportation will close the left turn lane of the northbound Interstate 229 off ramp to westbound U.S. Route 36 beginning Wednesday, Aug. 12, for concrete bridge deck repairs.  

Traffic Impacts: The left turn lane from the northbound I-229 off ramp heading westbound (towards Kansas) on U.S. Route 36 will be closed Aug. 12 at 7 a.m. through Aug. 13 at 10 a.m. Motorists will need to seek an alternate route during the closure.
